Susan McKellar is Manager of the Scottish Women’s Convention, where she acts as an ambassador for the organisation and its work on behalf of women across Scotland. She engages directly with politicians, public-sector officials and civil society, helping bring women’s experiences into policy and decision-making. Susan also supports the delivery of events and works closely with the wider SWC team.

Through collaboration with the National Alliance of Women’s Organisations and the UK CSW Alliance, she contributes to discussions on devolved policy, legislation, human rights and international frameworks, including CEDAW, ensuring Scotland’s perspective remains visible within UK-wide and international conversations.
