Sheena Hales BEM is the founder of Still & Co., creator of WAPI™ (Workforce Asset Protection Index) and founder of the Hidden Workforce research initiative. A BEM recipient and contributing author to No Ordinary Words: The Real Life Wisdom of Women, Sheena brings more than 20 years’ experience across financial services, government and the third sector, alongside lived experience of health, caring, menopause, parenting and redundancy.

Her work explores what happens when life-stage transitions and organisational change collide with working life, and what organisations risk losing when experienced people become disconnected from work.
