Suzanne worked as a nurse in the NHS before retraining as a careers adviser in her late 20’s. She joined Skills Development Scotland providing career information, advice and guidance to young people and adults before moving into leadership positions within the organisation.
Suzanne is passionate about supporting career development at all levels and coaching others to develop into courageous, empowering leaders.
With a deep passion for community development and both social and climate justice, she also chairs the board of trustees at Perth-based charity Social Flock.
