ORGANIZATION: West Lothian College

Tolu Omokolapo-Oni is a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at West Lothian College. As HRBP, she partners with leaders across the College to provide strategic and operational HR support, advising on employee relations, policy implementation, and people development, while ensuring practice keeps pace with evolving employment legislation such as the Employment Rights Act.

Alongside her core HRBP remit, she leads a team delivering the College’s health and wellbeing program, driving a strategic approach to employee wellbeing.
